We, that's Paul, Marius and Falk, three friends in our early twenties who found each other through their studies, came into contact by chance with great, responsible property owners who often have difficulties renting out their flats in Bremerhaven. So we got the chance to design and run holiday flats, renovated the partly very outdated flats completely on our own and furnished them as we would like to spend our holidays, namely in a real home with charm and attention to detail.

So it came about that a racing bike enthusiastic adventure teacher, an industrial clerk and scout, as well as a busy village child with a passion for two-wheelers with 2-stroke engines got together to maintain holiday flats in the city that we have grown so fond of in the meantime, in addition to or even largely as part of their entrepreneurship studies. We don't necessarily take a conventional approach and, to be honest, haven't found a reason to start yet. We enjoy discovering, trying out, implementing and being able to give people a great time.
